Now mix the flour, boiled potatoes, baking powder, milk powder, cardamom powder with a little milk. Leave for 30 minutes. (do not water)Then make small balls with the help of ghee/oil. (If you want, you can put kheer pur inside this way)

Now deep fry it in oil on low heat, it should be fried for a long time. (mix ghee with oil)Take it off when it turns brown.

Boil with water, sugar, cardamom. Sira is ready when the water boils.Now leave the fried balls in the hot sirah. (Burn for 15 minutes)Now soak the sweets like this for 3/4 hours. (Then all the juice will get inside the sweet)
