1.
Add semolina and bengal gram flour in one bowl add curd mix it . Add water and make a medium type of batter. Add salt and keep it for rest for 20-25 minutes.

Chopp all the veggies finely.

Add veggies and grated carrot, green chilli paste, ginger paste boiled sweet corn Kernels in batter . Mix ot well

Add 1/2 cup oil in kadhai or pan and heat it

Take 1/2 mixture in another bowl and add baking soda in it and mix it fastly in one direction.

Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, sesame seeds ,curry leaves, cashew slices in oil fry it. Then pour soda added batter ..set it with spoon. Cover it and cook it on low flame for minimum 10-12 minutes.
7.
Open cover, flip handva and cook from other side for more 10 minutes for golden brown in colour and crisp.
8.
Do same with rest batter and make one more handva.
