1.
Firstly wash the poha 2-3 times.Then put it in a sieve.

Now heat oil in a pan on medium heat.When the oil is hot enough, then add mustard seeds, fennel, coriander, curry leaves and asafoetida and temper it.

When mustard seeds and fennel start crackling, then add onion, peas and green chillies in the pan and fry till the onions turn pink.After this, put the poha kept in the sieve in the pan.

Add turmeric powder and salt on top and mix well with a ladle.Now cover the pan with a plate and let the poha cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

After that turn off the flame.To make the poha soft, sprinkle some water in it.

After a minute of turning off the flame, remove the plate from the pan. Take out the poha on the plate and serve it by adding chopped onion, salty sev, coriander leaves, lemon juice, peanuts, pomegranate seeds and jeerawan masala.
