Ingredients For Hyderabadi kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat milk till 1 boil.
  • 2. Minwhile grate soft part from bottle gourd.
  • 3. Heat 1 spoon ghee and saute bottle gourd for 2 to 3 minutes. Cover with lid and cook another 3 to 4 minutes. Turn of the flame.
  • 4. Now boil milk. It should reduce 25 percent from total.
  • 5. Wash sabudana and remove access water. Add sabudana in milk. Let it cook till transparent. It will float on milk after cook.
  • 6. At that time add bottle gourd and boil for 5 minutes.
  • 7. Add cashew paste and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • 8. Now add sugar and mix it. Turn of the flame to cover with lid. So sugar can melt in hot milk.
  • 9. Now add cardamom powder and food colour. Mix well.
  • 10. Our kheer is ready to serve. Garnish with dry fruits and serve it.
