Methods
  • 1. First of all, wash and soak the sabudana well. For 6-7 hours.
  • 2. Do not soak in too much water while soaking, otherwise sabudana will not bloom and stick.
  • 3. Peel the potatoes and grate them. Now mix the sabudana and all the other ingredients well in it.
  • 4. Now apply oil on your hand, take a ball of masala and make it in the shape of hearts.
  • 5. Similarly prepare all hearts. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. And fry the hearts on medium and high flame. Serve hot Sabutdana Hearts with Coriander Chutney. ..Jai Mata Di...Meetu Garg...
