1.
In a mixing bowl, take 1cup milk powder, baking powder, crushed cardamom & maida. Mix it well. Gradually add warm milk to make a dough of it.

Make a sticky dough, cover it & keep rest for 5 minutes.

After that grease your palm with oil or ghee & take small portion from dough. Make small balls without any crack.

Heat ghee in a pan & deep fry the gulabjamuns in low to medium flame until it turns golden brown. Don't make the ghee too much hot.

After drying the jamuns make it cool for 5 minutes.

Make sugar syrup of 1:1cup of sugar & water. No need to make thick syrup. Just boil the sugar with water.

Add gulabjamuns in boiling syrup & boil it for 5 minutes.

In another pan boil milk with 1/2 cup sugar & cardamom. Add milk powder & make thick rabdi of it.
9.
Once it's done make it cool for few minutes.

Take a bowl now. Pour the rabdi in it. Sprinkle saffron in rabdi. Add some chopped dry fruits.Take toothpick or any wooden stick & serve the gulabjamuns with the stick so that anyone can dip the gulabjamuns in rabdi & enjoy.
