Ingredients For Gud Amba Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the mangoes. Peel and grate it.
  • 2. Take pan. Heat it up.
  • 3. Put all jaggery in pan and stir it well until jaggery become melted.
  • 4. Put grated mangoes in this melted jaggery and Stir continuously on a low-medium flame until the mangoes become cooked and convert to golden brown.
  • 5. Add nutmeg and true cardamom and stir well.
  • 6. For taste add pinch of salt to it and stir well.
  • 7. Cook for a few minutes until everything blends well.
  • 8. Take off the flame and set asides to cool.
  • 9. Eat it at any time or Store this gud Amba in a jar for future use also.
