1.
In wok, heat 1 tsp oil followed by coursly crushed masala and saute it. Now add chopped ginger and green chillies. Saute it too.

Add green peas and salt to taste. Cover with lid and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes or till soften.

Now mash it with masher. Add remaining spices. Add 1 to 2 spoon watere if required. Let it be cool.

Take wheat flour, 2 tbsp oil and salt in mixing bowl. Knead medium soft dough adding little by little water. Apply remain 1 tbsp oil and knead it. Cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.
5.
Take some portion from dough. Dust with dry flour and faltten out. Put mater stuffing and cover it. Again dust with dry flour and flaten out.
6.
Roast it on hot tawa on low flam with help of oil.
