Firstly take moong dal and wash couple of times , then soak dal in water for 4-5 hours

Next take one mixer jar and add the garlic ginger chilli make smooth paste

Drain the water completely from moong dal. Further take mixer jar add moong dal and blend moong dal into coarse paste without adding any water. The paste should be thick.

Add the garlic ginger chilli paste , salt and mix well it.

Heat oil in a wok for deep frying. Once oil is hot, make small balls of the Moong Dal Vada batter and drop in the hot oil carefully. Deep fry the vadas on medium heat till the moong dal vadas turns golden brown and crispy
