Ingredients For GINGER CHICKEN RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Heat mustard oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, when it will started crackle, add crushed ginger, green chilly and onion and sauté for 3 - 4 mins.
  • 2. Add coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and Kashmiri mirch powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well. Add tomato paste and stir until oil leaves the pan.
  • 3. Add tomato sauce and salt and mix well. Now add one cup of water and bring to boil, once boiled add paneer cubes and garam masala powder and cook for five mins. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with steamed rice.
