1.
Grease a 8" inch round tin and line with parchment paper.

Take a borosil bowl/mug add 250gms of semi sweet dark chocolate, 1/4cup of Dutch cocoa powder, espresso powder. Further add the hot melted butter into it and whisk it properly till the entire chopped chocolate gets melted.

Take a bowl add the white granulated sugar, brown sugar, kosher salt. Break six whole eggs in a bowl. Now add one egg at a time and beat it with sugar carefully so as to incorporate air.

Now pour the chocolate+ cocoa powder +melted butter mix into the sugar-eggs mixture and continue to whip.

Shift all purpose flour and 1/2 cup of Dutch cocoa powder. Now add the it to the whipped mixture. Incorporate the dry mixture into the wet mixture by cut and fold method quickly.

Pour the complete batter into prepared tin an smooth it out.

In a pre heated oven at 180° C bake it for about 20minutes. Take the brownie out and tap it over kitchen platform so that it form cracks on top and you a perfect wacked texture. Now put the brownie tin into the oven and bake for more 25minutes.

After total of 45 minutes bring the brownie tin out and let it cool down. It will deflated on cooling down.

Now for preparing the chocolate ganache. Take microwave safe bowl. Add in the mentioned quantity of milk and warm it. Add in the chopped semi sweet dark chocolate and butter. Microwave for 2-3 minutes while whisking after every 30seconds till the chocolate melts and ganache like texture is form. Let it cool down for a while. Put the ganache into a piping bag and keep it ready.

Now take the brownie cake and put over 9" cake board. Now drizzle the cool chocolate ganache over the fudge brownie cake. Sprinkle some confetti sprinklers, mix chocolate chips over it.
