This rajkachori is very yummy & delicious in fasting we can make it easyly and eat it because it makes from kuttu aata & saboodana powder and fill with fruits & curd
1.
Take buckwheat flour and saboodana powder put rock salt and oil bind the tight dough by adding water in it cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes

Make dough balls and roll.

Put a pan and pour ghee & heat & keep the flame high & put the rolled kachori then fry them on slow flame till it turns crispy.

For filling the rajkachori

Take a kachori put potato, tomato, cucumber, green chilli, apple, pomegranate, Banana, etc (any fruits of your choice)
6.
Put rock salt, black pepper , cumin powder, filling in the kachori put some sweet chuney ,green chutney, curd pomegranate & corionder leaves in this way falhari rajkachori is ready enjoy it.
