Methods

How to make EGGLESS CHOCOLATE MIXED BERRIES CAKE RECIPE

1. Sieve all purpose flour / maida ,cocoa powder, salt and baking powder together.
2. Take a mixing bowl add fresh cream, sugar powder and hung curd mix until creamy and fluffy.
3. Add vanilla essence, all purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder and mix well.
4. Add the blueberry and strawberry and mix well. Preheat oven into 180 degree C.
5. Grease and dust with flour a nine inch round baking cake pans. Pour the batter into the dish. Bake for 40 mins in the preheated microwave oven.Check by inserting a knife if it comes out clear it done.Now the chocolate eggless blueberry anstrawberry cake is ready. Now the delicious chocolate mixed berries cake is ready garnish with strawberry and blueberry.
