Ingredients For Egg Kosha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil two potatoes and 3 eggs.
  • 2. Peel the skin of potatoes.
  • 3. Remove the shell of eggs.
  • 4. Mix salt and turmeric with eggs and potatoes.
  • 5. Add little oil in the kadai.
  • 6. Add 1 chopped onion, and fry until light brown colour.
  • 7. Then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
  • 8. Add half chopped tomatoes, saute well until the raw masala smell go away.
  • 9. Add salt to taste, half cup warm water.
  • 10. Let it bring to boil, when water will start boiling , reduce the flame.
  • 11. When the amount of water will be reduced little, then switch off the gas as here but as they had already boiled
