Fetch 6 duck eggs and separate the whites and the yolks, ensuring that the yolks don't collapse. Now, in the whites add salt, crushed black pepper and green cardamom powder, mix it thoroughly..and then fry it (like an omelette) in a pan brushed with oil, and cut it into small sized pieces.

Heat some refined oil and ghee in a nonstick pan, add green cardamom and cinnamon stick, then add some boiled onion paste, ginger paste, crushed white pepper, salt, a pinch of sugar, hung curd. Mix all these thoroughly and cook it on a low flame until the oil and ghee separates from it.

Next add some MAGGI COCONUT MILK POWDER (1½ pack) diluted in water, then place the yolks (raw) gently and also add the fried egg whites, add some fried onions (beresta), green cardamom powder, cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 3-4mins until the gravy turns rich and the yolks are cooked.

Now, remove the lid, add some ghee, shahi garam masala powder, fried onions(beresta) and ghee roasted kaju and raisins.
