Ingredients For Daliya kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan and add daliya to it.
  • 2. Roast it on low flame for around 5-8 minutes till it change color and become darker.
  • 3. Add the daliya in the pressure cooker along with water.
  • 4. Pressure cook till get one whistle.
  • 5. Then turn the flame to low and cook 5 minutes.
  • 6. Let the steam come out before opening the cooker.
  • 7. Add milk to a pan. Boil it for till the milk reduces to half.
  • 8. Keep stirring in between to incorporate the milk solids from the side.
  • 9. Then add the boiled daliya to the milk and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 10. Add sugar to the daliya and stir to mix.
  • 11. Add cardamom powder to the daliya kheer .
  • 12. Daliya kheer ready. garnish it with chopped dry fruits and kesar.
  • 13. Serve it.
