Ingredients For Dal Vada Recipe

Methods
  • 1. first mash potato and grind dal coarsely by keep aside whole dal little
  • 2. now grind cumin, both chilies and ginger to a rough paste.
  • 3. now add mashed potato ,dal paste, salt ,coriander, chili paste ,both haldi and mirchi curry leaves and whole soaked dal and mix well.
  • 4. now make balls out of this and press to make wada and keep all ready to fry.
  • 5. now in hot oil fry all wadas till golden brown .
  • 6. its very crispy ,healthy and tasty wada can be served with sauce. or hot tea.
