Ingredients For Dal Stuffed Fare Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak chana dal and urad dal for 4-5 hour or overnight. After soaking blend dals in blender and make fine paste.
  • 2. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil.add ginger- green chilli and hing.add saunf and crackled.add red chilly powder and mix.After that add blended dals and mix.
  • 3. Mix everything well on medium flame and cook for 2 minutes till the mixture turn thick.Remove from heat and let the mixture cool .
  • 4. In a bowl, add rice flour and 1/2 tsp salt and add warm water little by little. Gently mix rice flour. Knead it well with the hands. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • 5. In a pan, boil 4-5 glass water. Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp oil.
  • 6. For make fare take a small portion of rice flour dough. Flat on your palm and fill with some dal mixture.
  • 7. Gently close the fare with fingers and make cylindrical shape or guzia shape.it depends on your choice. Make all fare like this. Transfer all prepared fare in boiling water.
  • 8. In between 2-3 minutes these fare will come on surface and float. This time take them out from boiling water and keep it in a plate.
  • 9. Let the fare cool down and cut in in small pieces. serve with imli ki chutney or coriander leaves chutney.
