In a bowl, add flour, custard powder, salt, and baking powder.

In the bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar for just a few seconds. Add vanilla essence, then add the flour mixture and few drops food colour.

Roll everything into a dough, divide the dough in small size balls, place all the cookies on a parchment lined baking tray, using a fork flatten and make pattern. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Bake the cookies for 20 minutes. Let them cool completely then transfer in a air tight container.
