Take one utensil and put curd in it. Then blend the curd nicely. Then sieve the besan and mix it in the curd. Then put little little water in middle and mix it nicely.

Then add in this same utensil baking soda, salt, turmeric, sugar and oil and mix them. Now put the cap of the utensil for 10 mins.

Then take the dhokla batter and put baking powder and eno in it. Now put one spoon water in it and blend it nicely.

Then take the mould and put oil around it. Then put the mould in it and put it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. Now khaman dhokla is ready.

Now for making the tadka - Take one fry pan and put oil to let it get hot. Then put mustard seeds, sesame, green chilli, curry leaves in it. Then put one cup water in it.
6.
Add salt, sugar and lemon juice and mix them. Now boil them. Now put this tadka in the cup cake dhokla.
7.
Now put coriander and coconut powder in top of the dhokla. Cup cake dhokla is ready.
