Blend the semolina first. So that a dough of semolina is made. In another bowl, mix cocoa powder and salt. In another bowl, mix milk, butter, sugar and vanilla essence and cook over low heat. Do not burn for long.

Slowly pour this hot mixture over the dried ingredients. Mix all well. Cover the batter and keep it for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

Now mix the baking powder and baking soda well in the cake batter. Then brush the cake mold with oil, pour the batter and put it in the oven.On the other hand, in a pan, fry the dried coconut on low heat till golden. Mix 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar in it.

When the cake is done, take it out and let it cool down a bit. Spread some whipped cream on the baked cake and garnish with coconut mixture.

Valentines day so I made heart cake. I mixed strawberry syrup with cream and made rose and arranged it on top of the cake.
