1.
Boil one and 1/4 ltr milk on the gas.When it starts boiling, switch off the gas. Add vinegar and cover the milk. After few minutes, milk is fully curdled. Strain the paneer.

Sieve all purpose flour / maida, baking powder, baking soda ,cocoa powder and salt together. Blend the sugar to make a powder now add paneer , fresh cream and vanilla essence and churn it until creamy and fluffy.

Add all purpose flour and make smooth batter. Pre heat microwave to 180. c. in convection mode. Grease and flour a 9 inches round baking cake pans. Pour the batter into dish.

Bake for 50 minutes in the pre heated microwave. Now the delicious chocolate sponge cake is ready, spread the chocolate syrup and garnish with grated dairy milk and strawberry.
