If required you can add cornflour more than one cup because chicken pieces should be crispy to get good flavour and texture

Ingredients For Chinese Sesame & Chicken Noodles Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the chicken pieces properly and cut them into medium size pieces
  • 2. Take the chicken pieces in a bowl add Salt,egg,vinegar, red chilli & garlic sauce,chicken masala powder, soya sauce,cornflour,roasted white seasme seed paste,
  • 3. Mix these ingredients well with the chicken
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan add the chicken pieces and fry them until they are golden and crispy
  • 5. Boil haaka noodles take care it should not be over cooked
  • 6. In a pan heat oil add sliced onion & garlic and saute until onion are golden in colour
  • 7. Add cabbage,capsicum & carrot juliennes and saute for 3-4 minutes
  • 8. Add salt,soya sauce,turmeric powder,vinegar, Red chilli & garlic sauce, Honey and mix well
  • 9. Add boiled Noodles,fried chicken pieces mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes
  • 10. Serve hot garnish with chopped spring onion,ketchup & Roasted white seasme seed (optional)
