Methods

How to make Chicken Momos Recipe

1. Take maida salt and oil in a bowl. Add water and knead it in a dough.
2. Mince the boneless chicken into a blender.
3. In a bowl add minced chicken, spring onion, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, and mix well.
4. Add oil in a pan and Saute the chicken mix for 2 minutes on medium flame.
5. Roll the dough into small sheets. The dough can make upto 15 sheets.
6. Take one sheet add the chicken mix and fold it side ways.
7. Take a vessel add some water and boil it on low flame. Grease a plate and place the prepared momos.
8. Place the plate in the vessel and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes.
9. After 15 minutes remove the momos from stove and cool it down.
10. Serve with your choice of sauces.
