Ingredients For CHICKEN MASALA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, curd, coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • 2. Keep aside for an hour. Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, black pepper, green cardamom and cloves to crackle.
  • 3. Add sliced onion and sauté till pink. Add marinated chicken and sauté for 4 - 5 mins. Cover it and cook in low flame.
  • 4. Add half cup of water and cook for five mins .Add coriander leaves and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
