Methods

How to make Cheesy Corn Dip Recipe

1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add garlic and saute till it changes colour.
2. Add onions and saute till it gets translucent. Add corn and saute well for 2 mins.
3. Add milk and bring it to boil. Lower the flame and add cream and cheese. Mix well.
4. Cook on low flame till cheese gets melted. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Finally add some orange zest and remove from the flame. Serve warm with chips of your choice.
