In a vessel boil water add sweet potatoes to it par boil it ,then take them out let them come to room temperature then peel it's skin

Now cut these sweet potatoes to roundels and

Now in a bowl take 1/4 cup olive oil add chopped garlic,mint leaves, coriander leaves,red chilli flax , tamarind chutney mix all well

To this add salt to taste,black salt,chat masala,to this add roundels of par boiled sweet potatoes mix all well with a spoon coat these roundels with mixture

Now place live charcoal in this bowl and cover it for 10 minutes

Now In a griller ,apply olive oil grill these sweet potatoes for 10 minutes

In a bowl prepare the dip with hung curd,red chilli powder,mint leaves,black pepper powder,salt to taste mix all well
8.
Serve these tandoori shakarkandi with roundels of onion and prepared hung curd dip
