First to make canapés. Take a round cutter and cut the bread to rounds. Then toast it and 180 degrees for ten minutes. Keep aside.

For topping aloo Subji. Take oil in pan heat it add mustard seed, jeera, green chilli, curry pata, hing, turmeric powder, and saute it once done add the onions and grated ginger to it and cook well with pinch of salt.

Once cooked add boiled and mashed aloo with salt and let it incorporate well. Once all the masala blend well switch of the flame and add the lemon juice.,

Layering the canapes: First take the round toasted bread add green chutney first layer then spread sweet chutney second layer then make a ball of the aloo stuffing make it flat and then place it over the sweet chutney. Now top it off with both the chutney and serve.
