Ingredients For Cabbage Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash all the vegetables and chop them finely. Mix all the dry spices in a bowl.
  • 2. Take two small balls of the dough and roll out puri sized rotis.
  • 3. Spread chopped vegetables on top of a roti.
  • 4. cover it with another roti and roll it with light hands by applying dry flour.
  • 5. Heat the tawa. Cook this paratha on medium flame. When it cooked from one side, flip it.
  • 6. Apply ghee on the paratha and cook it till it turns golden brown on both the sides. Delicious parathas are ready.
