Methods
  • 1. In a pressure cooker add oil and saute ginger and cumin seeds.
  • 2. Add chopped bottle gourd and drumsticks. Saute for few minutes. Then add raw mango.
  • 3. Now add washed moong dal and saute with turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt.
  • 4. Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Add black pepper powder.
  • 5. Adjust the consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot. Enjoy!!
