Ingredients For BHUNA MUTTON RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf,cloves,black pepper,mace,green cardamom,black cardamom,cinnamon and saute for one minute
  • 2. Add chopped onion,mutton pieces,ginger,garlic,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
  • 3. Stir fry for 15 - 20 mins and cover it on a low flame for 15 - 20 mins.
  • 4. Add cream,cardamom powder and mace powder and mix well. add one cup of water and cook for five mins.
  • 5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
