One can add sooji,besan,rice flour to it and mix grain chollas can be prepared by same process.we can also add tomato,onion, capsicum to it for veg chilla.

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl and add Barley powder to it.now add curd and water as required and make batter.keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Now add ginger chilli paste,salt, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix well.
  • 3. Now take nonstick tawa ,put some oil and pour batter to make chilla.
  • 4. Now cook chilla both sides till golden brown in colour.
  • 5. Healthy Barley chilla are ready to serve.
