Firstly Heat the ghee in a wok, add cumin seeds crackle, add turmeric powder, put onion saute for a few seconds, and add all vegetables one by one and add all spices and salt to taste mix it well and switch off the flame.

Now In the same pan mix the cooked daliya nicely.

Take muffins moulds, 3/4 fill the daliya mixture.. Put it in preheated microwave and microwave it for 4-5 minutes on 100 digree then rest 10 minutes..

Now demould all muffins , Sarve it hot hot with green chutney and tomato sauce..
