Ingredients For Amritsari Paneer Pakodas Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut paneer in long finger like shapes (not too slim).
  • 2. Give paneer slits without cutting through and through. With a thin knife, apply green chutney inside the slits.
  • 3. In a bowl, combine all purpose flour, ajwain, cumin powder, onion powder, paprika, amchur powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • 4. Add little water at a time to make a smooth consistency of batter (not too thick or thin).
  • 5. Dip paneer in batter and place them in a well oiled plate.
  • 6. Preheat air fryer at 375 degree and set time for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Dab oil on tray. Place the paneer on the tray. Drizzle oil over them. Put the tray in air fryer.
  • 8. Air fry till machine beeps to turn the pakodas. Flip them. Apply oil to this side too.
  • 9. Put tray back in air fryer and continue air frying till done.
  • 10. Serve with ketchup or chutney.
