1.
Finely chop the potatoes. Heat a pan and add one table spoon of oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add green chili, ginger and coriander powder and fry it a little. Then add potatoes, salt, mango powder, red chili powder and garam masala and mix well. Also add green coriander and mix it and fry it well. Masala potatoes are ready to make rolls.

Cut the sides of the bread with the help of a knife and separate it. Prepare all the breads in the same way.

When the potatoes mixed with spices cool down, divide them into 12 equal parts and give them an oval shape and keep them in a plate.

Take half a cup of water in a plate and take out a bread soaked in water immediately, keep the bread soaked in water on the palm, press with the other palm, remove the water from the bread. Place an oval shape potato roll over it and fold the braid and close the potato roll by pressing it well from all sides. In this way, prepare all the potato rolls by putting them in a bread and keep them in a plate.

Put oil in a pan and heat it. Take 2-3 rolls ready and put them in hot oil. Fry the bread rolls by rotating them with a spatula till they turn brown. Take out the fried bread rolls and place them on a napkin placed in a plate. Prepare all the rolls by frying in the same way.
6.
Serve hot crispy bread rolls with green coriander chutney or sweet chutney and eat.
