Ingredients

Ingredients For Airfried Sabudana Vadas Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash sadudana 3-4 times with water gently. Add water up to 1.
  • 2. Combine all the above mentioned ingredients except oil with the sabudana and mix thoroughly.
  • 3. With wet hands, take a palmful of mixture and shape it in a ball and then slightly flatten it.
  • 4. Place the Vadas on the airfryer tray. Brush oil on both sides of vadas with pastry brush.
  • 5. Preheat airfryer at 375 deg F, if desired.
  • 6. Airfry for 12 minutes on one side. Flip the vadas, brush oil again and airfry this side for 8 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot with yogurt chutney.
  • 8. Blend all ingredients mentioned under yogurt chutney in mixer till thick paste is formed. If thinner chutney is desired, add water as per requirement.
