Adadiya Pak Recipe

Ingredients For Adadiya Pak Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Fry the edible gum in ghee and keep aside.
  • 2. Now, heat 1 cup ghee in a pan.
  • 3. Add urad dal aata/black gram flour and roast it on a low flame
  • 4. Add adadiya masala (a mixture of 32 spices), little ghee ad mix well.
  • 5. Add piprimul/ganthoda powder, spice powder(cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, dry ginger, black pepper), fried edible gum, dry coconut, dry fruit powder. Mix well. Add more ghee if the mixture seems dry.
  • 6. Add poppy seeds and mix well.
  • 7. Now, prepare the sugar syrup. Take a pan, add sugar, and just enough water to submerge the sugar. Heat it on a low flame to make sugar syrup of one string consistency.
  • 8. Add sugar syrup to the dal mixture. Mix well. Add more ghee if required.
  • 9. When the mixture is warm make small Pieces. Store it in an airtight container.
