Tasty and handy snack
I swear by Urban flavours whenever I am planning to have a handy pack of nuts and seeds. This pack of seeds being very fresh and tasty can be eaten raw as well as added to cooked foods like porridge or cereal bowl. Being so handy it can be used even while travelling.

Amazing product
Sunflower seeds are rich in the B complex vitamins, which are essential for a healthy nervous system, and are a good source of phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, protein and vitamin E.

Sunflower seeds
Urban flavorz - Sunflower seeds bottle is a good product. Sunflower seeds are good for health as they contain natural oils. There paste can be used as a thickening agent.

Contrary to myths, Sunflower Seeds DON'T grow a tree in your tummy. aww:(
This is the perfect snack when you want to eat something but you just ate 20 minutes ago. They might be bland but they have a subtle taste behind them, something earthy and woody. This was my favorite childhood snack and I still eat it. It's not crunchy but it isn't soft either. Just the perfect blend between hard and soft.
