This is the very first variety of spreads that I ever tried. It has grated pieces of carrot in it. The flavor is quite good and it spreads really well. Neither too flowy nor too thick. When stored in refrigerator it can last upto 6 months in fresh state. It has a bot sweet flavor as well so requires no addition if ketchup from the top.

The flavor of this pack is very interesting. I only had a flavor if cardamom in milk or homemade desserts till now. Its nutritional content is also very good. But it has equally good amount of sodium. Thus daily consumption of one box of shrikhand should be avoided. An ideal intake would be once a or twice a week.

With just the right mix of flavours this masala is apt to make sambhar at home. It requires refrigeration for storage over a long period of time. But the most part is that there is no change of taste.

I have been using this pack of butter for a while now. It is not just the packaging that is better than the normal butter but even the salt and fat content is lesser than the normal butter variety of amul.

It's a bit salty and spicy. The addition of salts clearly highlights higher sodium values than normal buttermilk. It is a good choice for people who prefer salt on the higher side. It should be avoided for people who have throat or stomach inflammation. A good choice for refreshing drink in summers. It is better to not use this flavor of buttermilk as a therapy drink for stomach or gastric issues.

This spread is nearly milky white with a glossy appearance. It has a very smooth texture. It has class II preservatives in a very permitted amount which makes it safe for consumption among kids and adults (except the ones who are allergic to garlic, mustard). It has a very good shelf life of 6 months which makes it very convenient to store. It has no protein in it so the addition of protein to the spread in the form of egg or paneer sandwich is a great idea for a fulfilling dish.

Veeba sauces and spreads are one of my first picks always. I love the thickness and consistency of its products and this sauce is no exception. It has a hot chilli sauce like flavor which makes it useful for making pizza, salsa dips, chilli fries etc. It is on the higher side for sodium content and thus constant consumption for people with hypertension problems should be avoided. The preservites used are also within the prescribed limits which makes it safe to use. Plus it gives good value for money as it is not very costly, it's easy to store and lasts for upto 6 months.

The best part of this sahi as compared to other sahi flavours is that it has a good shelf life of almost 15 days. It tastes just like normal yoghurt. It is absolutely a good choice for almost all age groups as this product has more of probiotic load that automatically increases the calcium content. The price is also quite reasonable.

I usually prefer to have this pack of greek yogurt for making smoothies. It is definitely healthier than other varieties of curd available. It has a higher content of protein and lower levels of fat and cholesterol. Besides it also has additional calcium, vitamin C and phosphorus content. It is also an economical choice to rely upon. I love to use it while travelling.
