Description

Hulless barley is barley with tough, inedible outer hull loosely adhered to the kernel. The hull is easier to remove with minimum bran loss, reducing the need for additional processing to remove it. Hulless barley Flakes are light, golden colored, flat rolled hulless barley(tiny grits) kernels. The hulless barley kernels are steamed, rolled and dried to make flakes.They are ideal for granola bars and multi-grain cereals.
