Description

Bamboo stem powder is a very light white colored powder obtained directly from the stems of bamboo plant. At room temperature, this liquid thickens and crystallizes. To create Bamboo Stem Powder, this crystallized liquid is ground until it is the correct size to be used. Bamboo shoots are low-calorie vegetables rich in nutrients and phytochemicals. Moreover, the shoots are a rich source of natural antioxidants due to the presence of phenols, vitamin C & E and mineral elements such as selenium, copper, zinc, iron and manganese.
